What is a Podcast?

Podcasts can be single events such as a lecture or a movie or a series such as TV shows, radio programs or consecutive educational sessions. A podcast can be downloaded onto a mobile device and listened to anywhere or anytime; on your commute to work, while working in the garden or just sitting in the back yard. Podcasts are becoming more & more popular because they are fairly easy to make & because of their ease of use and flexibility.
